Health training starts at ISPEMA Addis Ababa

Matres Mundi has started the health training activities in the last quarter of 2018, at the School of Perinatal Medicine for Africa that we built in Addis Ababa. ISPEMA, located on the ground floor of the Kibur Hiwot  Mother and Child Specialized Center on the campus of the Catholic University of Ethiopia, thus begins the journey for which it was created, becoming a center of reference in maternal and child health education for all of Ethiopia. So far in 2018, training courses have been carried out for the health personnel of the 12 health centers in the Nifas Silk Lafto district of the Ethiopian capital, which range from neonatal resuscitation, postpartum haemorrhages, pre-eclampsia and eclampsia. The courses are turning out to be a success, and the data of the examinations made to the students before and after receiving the training confirm this.
